  • OVERTIME
    The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

    No Smoking in the building
    No food or drink on/around furniture and props.

    CLEANING
    Cleaning Fee is included in the hourly rate.

    We kindly ask guests to clean up after themselves, and leave the space as it was found.

    Any tape/gummed backing materials must be completely removed.

    All rubbish must be correctly disposed of in allocated bins.

    Any Damages to walls/floors/furniture etc will be billed.

    FURNITURE
    Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your needs

  • Studio space has natural light.

    Natural light can be blocked out with blinds if needed.

    We do not supply professional lighting equipment, however, you're welcome to bring along your own.

  • Crew access

    Ground Floor

    Equipment loading description

    Please advise us if you need rear access to offload equipment. We do have available Parking right out front the studio with easy access to load/offload all equipment.

    The Studio has plenty of space for crew. We include a designated Hair and Makeup station available for artists as well as a clothes rack and hand steamer for stylists.

    Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Metered street parking.

    PARKING DESCRIPTION

    Rear onsite Parking for 1 x vehicle/access to unload gear.
    Metered Street Parking out the front of the building on weekdays. FREE on Weekends.
    FREE 4hr Parking on nearby side street.

    Please advise us if you need rear access to offload equipment.

  • Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

    Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

  • The hire space is thoroughly cleaned before and after all bookings.

    We ask all guests to kindly remove all items and rubbish after using the space.

    Please return all plants, props and furniture to their original spot.

RATES

HOURLY $100 +GST

HALF DAY (4HRS) 8AM -12PM / 1PM - 5PM
$380 +GST

FULL DAY (9HRS) 8AM - 5PM
$750 +GST

OPERATING HOURS Monday - Sunday
8:00am - 5:00pm
